Todo empezó en el 2005, en Los Barrios (Cádiz), cuando el miembro fundador y guitarrista Daniel Durán Ramírez (LordDurgoN) decidió, después de varios proyectos fallidos, el formar una banda de DEATH METAL junto con el baterista Ismael Viera Giraldo (Drâgon Death). Al poco tiempo de ponerse a componer, decidieron meter a Diego Martin Zamora (ChickenGrinder) como vocalista,en quien veía esplendidas cualidades para las voces guturales. Formación con la que dieron sus primeros conciertos. Con la entrada de: Cristian Pertegal Pérez (Christ Helldweller) actual bajista y compositor,se juega unos de los mejores papeles en la transgresión del grupo, casi dando por finalizada la formación. Con la entrada de dicho miembro decidieron cambiar el nombre por SPHERE OF MADNESS, que fue ,de entre otros muchos, la opción que mejor les definía. Actualmente, con la marcha de “Chikengrinder” y puesta al frente en la voz de “Durgon”, intentan darle un nuevo rumbo a sus composiciones musicales, buscando siempre el equilibrio entre lo extremo, lo melódico y lo técnico.
